COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Cutler Hammer D26MR405A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Eaton products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cutler-Hammer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ge product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Eaton such as the 6042H92 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 9575H1972 manufactured by Cutler-Hammer and we are pleased to be able to service most Cutler-Hammer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 26910CHI by Manufacturer Ge as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Gec-Alsthom Brand KCCG14001D15EEAZ in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ge such as 12SFF31A1A equipment made by Ge have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ge products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ge" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DMC2040 made by Galil as well as the popular 12IAC77B811A original spares produced by General-Electric Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SA140120 by Electromatic and 12SFF31A1A spares by Ge are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 12IAV51D2A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ge. |
